Building is not always the first step. You may need to choose a problem worth solving, find out whether a pilot holds up, or connect a working model to a real workflow.
01 / DECIDE
We begin with the task and the people doing it. That means examining available data, existing tools, constraints and alternatives before choosing technology.
A useful first step gives your team a way to decide whether to proceed, change the approach or stop. Its scope and output are agreed for the case.
02 / EVALUATE
If you have an assistant, an agent workflow or an internal pilot, we can examine its technical and operational behaviour: authorised examples, failure modes, access, cost and how it would be monitored.
A review separates what has been tested from what remains uncertain. A technical AI audit goes deeper here; it is not a legal certification.
03 / IMPLEMENT
Depending on scope, the work may cover architecture, integration, evaluation, controls and operational handover. The system has to fit the people who will use and maintain it.
Cloud, hybrid and private deployment are options to compare against requirements and total cost, not predetermined answers.
