SERVICES / TECHNICAL REVIEW

A technical review of the AI system you already have

A pilot can look convincing in a demonstration and still struggle with real documents, users or exceptions. A technical review helps your team understand its current behaviour before wider rollout.

Examine the system that exists

The scope begins with your system and the decision you need to make. It may cover answers and evidence, recurring failures, access, integration, traceability, cost and operations.

For a document assistant, that could include cases where it should answer, abstain or show different sources by role. For a workflow, human approvals and error detection may matter.

Agree criteria before interpreting results

We agree observable examples and criteria before drawing conclusions. A useful review distinguishes tests performed, limitations and open questions.

Depending on the engagement, this can guide what to repair, narrow, continue or stop. It does not predetermine an outcome or replace the client team’s judgement.

Technical review, not certification

The work concerns behaviour and operations. It is not a legal audit, a security certification or a substitute for those responsible for data governance.

If the main question is where to run the system, compare architectures. For internal knowledge, the RAG service covers sources and access.

What does your pilot need to demonstrate?

A description of the system, its users and the failures you are concerned about is enough to discuss what is worth evaluating and what access it would require.
